Common questions

A sound won't play.

Four sounds come with the app. The others download the first time you pick them, so you need an internet connection once. If you're offline when you start a night, Dr. Sheepy plays Rain instead and shows a note.

I can't hear my voice.

Check that you've recorded at least one phrase, that the voice volume in Settings isn't too low, and that your phone isn't muted. Try Auto in Settings to match the voice and sound levels.

How do I re-record a phrase?

Open the phrase in the Love tab and tap Try Again.

How do I delete my recordings?

Deleting the app removes all recordings from your phone.

How loud should it be?

Keep it low and put the phone across the room, out of the crib.

Is this medical advice?

No. Dr. Sheepy is a bedtime audio tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Talk to your pediatrician about your child's sleep or emotional health.
